The awards acknowledge the drive and dedication required to succeed in business and recognise the best in local industry across over 25 categories. Hosted by Precedent Productions and sponsored by Georges River Council, the event highlighted the dedication, hard work, and outstanding achievements of local businesses that contribute significantly to the vibrancy and prosperity of our local economy.
The evening kicked off with a stunning performance by Tarisai Vushe, setting the tone with “The Circle of Life.” Georges River Council Deputy Mayor Elise Borg then took the stage to present the first set of awards;

Laura Garrick’s “Holding Out for a Hero” performance was a crowd-pleaser, leading into the presentations by St George & Sutherland Shire Leader’s Sales Manager, Jen Barnett, and Media Sales, Janet English:

The evening wrapped up with a powerful performance by Ari Roberts with “Hero,” marking the end of a night that celebrated the heart and soul of Georges River’s business community. A very special congratulations to Business Person of the Year, Jack Huggett – REALM Property Group and Business of the Year, My Little Sunshine Early Learning Centre.
